bio
Born in Paget, Bermuda to an American Naval Chief (dad) and British school administrator (mom), Paul fell in love with acting early on while watching old episodes of I Love Lucy. This passion only grew while he and his family continued to move across the states, including stints in Key West, FL and San Antonio, TX. But, it wasn’t until settling down in Mystic, CT that Paul finally got the opportunity to perform while playing the narrator in his 3rd grade class’s adaptation of Mufaro’s Beautiful Daughters. From that point on, he couldn’t be kept off the stage.
Paul eventually attended the Boston Conservatory, graduating with his degree in Musical Theatre. Since then he's performed across Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, as well as throughout the country while on tour. Most recently, he had the sincere pleasure of working with The Umbrella Stage Company on their production of Bent, stepping into the role of Horst. Although cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this chance to represent onstage the beauty, pain, and transcendent joy of queer love was such an extraordinary experience (however brief). Looking to the future, it's his sincere hope to be back on stage (or, screen) soon! |
